• Acting as counsel for a Mexican public trust that promotes, finances, and develops projects in the Mexican rural sector in its investment in an angel venture capital fund.

• Represented one of the leading companies in the out-of-home entertainment market in Latin America in the million sale of its amusement park division.

• Advised the Mexican development banks in the biggest telecommunications project to deploy a broadband network of voice and data services to enhance coverage and capability in Mexico.

• Advise a leading financial and investment banking institution in the acquisition of a portfolio of Mexican home mortgage loans.

• Actively advised a Canadian export agency in numerous financings to Mexican entities for the acquisition of machinery and equipment.

• Acted as counsel to a Fortune 100 refiner and marketer of petroleum products in regulated and unregulated contracts with Pemex Logistica relating to the transportation and storage of fuel in various locations in Mexico.

• Represented a large Mexican company in its secured credit facilities for the origination of payroll-discount related loan assets with governmental employees.

• Represented a large Mexican real estate developer in its lease transactions for its venues at Queretaro; Polanco and Tlatelolco in Mexico City.
